My Repairs Online Property Repairs Portal

My Online Repairs has a direct integration with Decorus that gives your tenants an easy-to-use, branded portal for reporting repairs — with QR codes, AI assistance, and instant notifications to you and your team. With a customisable repair portal, your tenants are guided through a structured form, including issue type, photos, assisted description and their submissions flows directly into Decorus. No missed emails and no re-entering details.

  • Customisable Portal: Make the portal your own. With your logo, colours and details.
  • Customisable Categories: Configure categories to fit your properties, tenants and business.
  • Upload Images: Tenant are just limited to words they can show you the issue, helping you identify the best course of action.
  • AI Assistant: When tenants attach images they can ask AI to help them describe the issue and in some cases offer tips on minor issues.
  • Email & SMS notifications: When submissions are made selected users will receive notifications via email and SMS.
  • Decorus Integration: Any submissions made through the portal will automatically be posted in the work orders module. Any submitted infomation will be uploaded to the created task in Decorus
